Voter registration is open until 28 days before an election. Changes in registration (name, address,
party affiliation) are accepted during the same periods.
Register in person at the County Clerk's office or by mail.
The League of Women Voters also registers voters most Thursdays during the summer and fall preceding
an election at the Los Alamos Farmers Market.
Who's In Charge?
Who's In Charge? contains contact information for federal, state and
local elected officials as well as for Los Alamos County services and schools.
This document is designed to be printed on two sides of 8.5" by 11" paper, a total of six sides.
It is stored in two parts to facilitate its printing on a standard home printer. First print the
odd-numbered pages. Then turn over the three pages as a group end
to end and print the even numbered pages on the backs.
Staple the upper right hand corner and fold three ways like an accordion.
The front cover should show the cover page with the League logo, and the back cover should
be headed "Election Information".
